Each signing request you send uses one credit, however many people sign it. Reminders and re-opening an expired request don't use another.

Under the ECT Act, an electronic signature isn't without legal force just because it's electronic, and where parties haven't agreed on a type of signature, one that identifies the signer and shows their approval is valid.

Where a law itself requires a signature without saying what kind, only an advanced electronic signature (AES) satisfies it (s13(1)). SignSure does not provide AES.
